Delivery and Returns

■ Return acceptance period
Please contact us within one week of receiving the product.

Returns will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused.
- The product itself must be free of scratches, stains, signs of use, bends, and odor transfer.
- There are no signs of the Apple Watch being worn
- All included items (box, bag, instruction manual, warranty card, etc.) are included.
- Please contact us within one week of receiving the product.
- The customer has stored the product properly

*If we determine that the product has been used, we will not accept returns.
[In the case of defective products]
- In the event of an initial defect or incorrect shipment, we will cover the return shipping costs .
- If you would like to exchange an item, we will do so as long as we have it in stock.

- If you return the product for reasons such as a mismatched image or an incorrect order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs .
